После оформления заказа продавец магазина позвонила и в грубой форме потребовала доплату за доставку, т.к. район доставки от них якобы далеко и без доплаты заказ не повезут. Написал в поддержку flowwow, ответили, что доплачивать не нужно. В итоге цветок привезли, но… курьер грубо общался с получателем и испортил все праздничное настроение. Цветок привезли не свежий, уже вянущий, корневая система цветка была в плохом состоянии. Видимо отсутствие доплаты за доставку компенсировали цветком, который обычно продают со скидкой, как некондицию.
