У магазина отсутствуют клиентоориентированность… Заказ пришел в ужасном состоянии( Открыли спор по возврату средств, возвращать по началу отказались и обвинили меня фразой «зачем вы вырвали цветы?». Я честно, была в шоке… заказала букет, он в ужасном состоянии еще и меня в этом обвинили! Условились, что вроде как это курьер виноват и взамен на хороший отзыв они вернут сумму промокодом! По итогу промокод пришел на 29 рублей из 4,5 тысяч рублей 🤌 Со своей стороны, я написала хороший отзыв, но после такого обмана решила изменить обратно отзыв, чтобы клиенты были в курсе того, у кого заказывают 🥲 Так как после моих просьб о решении проблемы, магазин игнорирует, а поддержка не в состоянии решить вопрос)
