Мошенники. Принимают заказ, потом предлагают совершенно другой букет. На просьбу отменить заказ говорят, что это может сделать только клиент – это обман. Стоило напомнить про правила работы, они сразу справились с отменой сами. Про 16 пропущенных в 5 утра воскресенья… лучше бы базы обзвонили и нашли цветок, раз заказ взяли в работу. Ужасно.
