Доставили в обычном черном пакете, без защиты в -20 мороз. Цветы не соответствуют фото, один цветок сломан, не первой свежести, уже пожелтевшие и увядшие лепестки . Без подарочной или элементарной упаковки , только лента. Очень расстроена. Больше заказывать у вас не буду.
