1. В рекламе доставка за 30 минут бесплатная. По факту 2 часа и после уточнения адреса взяли 950 рублей за доставку. Действительно, человек уже не может отказаться ведь получателю позвонили и сообщили о доставке. Я думала, что раз такие заявления, то несколько пунктов есть в городе, что позволяет держать логистику в пределах заявленного времени, ну и конечно сумма доставки удивила. 2. Я надеялась, что хотя бы цветочный микс будет ярким и как минимум СВЕЖИМ. В итоге: тусклый букет несвежих роз. Собрали все, что не продавалось и попа списать - вот вам букет с вас 3000+ Ужасно расстроена, так как хотела порадовать человека на 70-летие из другого города. Никогда больше не закажу и другим не советую Приложила фото обещанного и полученного безобразия
