Ужасная доставка! Заказала цветы маме и дочке, 2 букета и коробку рафаэлло. Заказ сделала около 8:30 утра!!! Написали, что заказ будет доставлен с 11:00 до 13:00. Около 12 часов дня зашла в приложение и увидела "курьер прибудет с минуты на минуту" и это вот "с минуты на минуту" висело часа 4!!! Написала в чат - тишина. Написала второй раз - то же самое. В итоге цветы привезли около 5 часов вечера и без рафаэлло. Это что вообще за сервис такой?! Никому не рекомендую. Столько нервов потрачено.
