Цветы прислали не те что на фото. Сорт другой. Заранее ничего не согласовали, собрали букет и поставили перед фактом. Заказывать в другом месте уже не было времени, пришлось брать. Доставку тоже задержали около часа, что для меня тоже было критично. Хотел сделать сюрприз, попросил не говорить что доставка цветов. Тоже мимо. Курьер перезванивал получателю несколько раз, замучал звонками. Негативные отзывы писать не люблю, но обделались по всем параметрам, ещё и отзыв мне написали что клиент сложный. С таким сервисом у вас все клиенты сложные будут, поверьте.
