Просто разочарование. Ладно маленький букет, но такой неаккуратный, цвет не соответствует совсем. За это отдавать 13к? Больше обидно, что за полтора часа ночью пришлось искать другой букет экстренно. Ужас. Не берите. Букет как на фото вам точно ожидать не следует

Заказ принят, оплачен. Наличие конкретного букета неоднократно подтверждено в карточке. Через полтора часа, за 30 минут до предполагаемой доставки, сотрудник магазина связывается с заказчиком и сообщает, что товара надлежащего качества в наличии нет, предполагает иные варианты и день доставки.
