Заказала букет( свадебный) за 1,5 дня до свадьбы, доставку поставила на вечер перед свадьбой! Пришел во время, но сломанный, не свежий, положили не 11 цветков, а 10 👍🏽 Курьер сказал мои проблемы 🤦♀️ Пришлось ехать в 10 часов в магазин. Девушка которая собирала букет совсем неклиентоориентированная, грубила! На вопрос почему букет не как на фото ответили что нужно было думать когда заказываете в притык к свадьбе 😳😳😳 Приложение флаувау никогда не подводило с продавцами! Ни кому не советую приобретать в этом магазине цветы особенно на важное мероприятие!!! Пришлось ночью собирать букет невесты и того что есть 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 СПАСИБО ЗА ИСПОРЧЕННОЕ НАСТРОЕНИЕ И ДОБАВЛЕННЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ?
